All companies we establish are limited liability companies. Without delving into complex legal explanations, you as the founder are not personally liable for the company's activities or its debts—in the worst case, the company may lose its assets, but this will not affect you personally. However, as a director, you could be held personally responsible for fraudulent actions and failure to pay taxes.
