The business visa application process involves several stages depending on your situation:

Stage 1 — If you do not have a company where you will be officially employed, we will register such a company for you.

Stage 2 — Preparing a document package for the visa application. If you have more than 45 days left on your current visa, we will try to arrange the visa without you having to leave Thailand. If there is not enough time, you will make a short trip to Malaysia or Vietnam to obtain a visa for 3 months.

Stage 3 — Upon returning to Thailand, you receive a work permit and then are employed by the company. If it is your company, you become its director.

Stage 4 — After 3 months, we extend your visa for 1 year (totaling 15 months).

Stage 5 — At the end of the visa, we extend it for another year. And so on indefinitely.
